Building Permit Plan Review:
To streamline the review process, the Fire Marshal’s Office accepts digital submissions of architectural drawings, site plans, and fire protection system documents via our secure Dropbox portal. See the Plan Review page for details.
Payment
Once your form submission has been received, an invoice will be sent to the email you indicated on the form for prompt payment. You may also pay via phone or in person, see "Payment Methods" below for details.
Payment Methods
Online: An invoice will be emailed to your chosen email with a link for immediate web payment via credit/debit card (subject to transaction fees detailed on the invoice).
Phone: Call the office at 636-296-2211 x700 to pay via credit/debit card (subject to transaction fees detailed on the invoice).
In-Person: Checks may be brought to Station 5 (3749 Telegraph Road, Arnold, MO), Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Closed 12:00–12:30 for lunch).
We do not accept cash.
