SPECIAL EVENT FESTIVAL VENDOR PERMIT
NOTECE: Food Vendors only need to apply if you are going to be frying in oil or using a Wok.
You must also have a Class K and an ABC Extinguisher present
FEES
Individual food vendor $30.00 Operational permit: $40.00 per event or $280.00 for yearly permit.
Food Truck permits: 3 or more food trucks-$155.00 per event. Tents and Membrane Structures: $55.00 per event.
Payment : You may pay by card or by check.
To pay by credit card you can fill out the following form: CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FORM
There is a fee associated with the use of a credit card. The Transaction Fee: $2.00 or 4% If above $101.00 permit fee. If you do not wish to send in the form, you may pay in person or call and provide your credit card information over the phone. If you would like to pay by check that fee is then waived. Checks can be brought to Rock Community House 5 located at 3749 Telegraph Road, Arnold Mo. M-F 8am-11:30am / 12:30pm-3:30pm for processing. We no longer accept cash.
Payment must be received before a date will be given. Please note, no payment information will be retained. Once payment is processed, all applications are securely shredded. Therefore, the form must be sent with each transaction.
