As of 10/1/2023,Rock Community Fire Protection District fees will be changing some of the permit fees.
Residential change of ownership will be $70.00
Residential change of occupancy permit will be $40.00 per unit.
Mobile home sale or change of occupancy will be $40.00
After hours inspection for change of ownership will be $125.00
Commercial permit fees have also changed. Please call 636-296-2211 x 700 for information.
