Fireplace? Chimneys, fireplaces and vents shall be inspected at least once a year in accordance with
the requirements of NFPA 211 Section 14.3. An inspection by a Certified Chimney Sweep is no longer
required, per Rock Community F.P.D. Ordinance #99.
Failure to comply with any ordinance of Rock Community Fire Protection District may cause occupancy to be
revoked until the violations have been corrected and approved by the. Fire Marshal.
